Isuzu Fuel Injection Lines: Applications and Buying Guide

2026-10-04

Isuzu engines are widely used in excavators, trucks, buses and industrial equipment. Fuel injection lines for these engines must meet strict dimensional and pressure requirements because they feed the injectors with high-pressure fuel.

Common Isuzu engine applications

Popular series include the 4HK1, 6HK1, 4JB1, 4JG1 and 6BG1 engines, fitted to excavators, forklifts, generators and light trucks. Fuel lines for these engines include pump-to-injector pipes, injector overflow lines and turbocharger oil lines. Each application has its own tube routing, bend angles and fitting types.

Buying guide

1. Confirm the engine model and application (machine brand and model).
2. Provide the OE part number stamped on the original line whenever possible.
3. Check the tube length and bend profile against the original part.
4. Confirm the connector type: compression nut, banjo, or quick coupling.
5. Ask the supplier whether the line is pressure-tested and how it is packed.

Why OE number matters

The OE number is the most reliable reference for fitment. A line that looks similar may have a different bend angle or port spacing, which prevents installation. If you do not have the number, photos of the original line and the engine plate help us identify the correct part.

XU TE offers a full range of Isuzu fuel injection lines and high-pressure pipes, produced with CNC bending and fully tested. Send us your OE numbers for a fast and accurate quotation.
